Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing, supportive team. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.

Responsibilities include reviewing session data with staff and families, interpreting results, and adjusting treatment plans. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights, competitive pay, and a full benefits package plus the support of a Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with current certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with ABA data collection and intervention methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families; interpret results.
• Modify individualized treatment plans accordingly.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
