Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA in New Jersey to lead and supervise a small team while delivering high-quality ABA services. You will oversee BTs/RBTs, review session data, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with families.

Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, and ethics.
- Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families on treatment concerns related to behavior modification.
