Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Mansfield, MA. The role involves direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and reviewing session data with families to refine treatment plans.

The position offers competitive pay between $85,000 and $95,000 annually, a comprehensive benefits package, and an incentive up to $6,000 paid monthly. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with active credential and eligibility to practice.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Proficient in ABA data collection and interpretation.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs on a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
