Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is a permanent full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and a small caseload to support individualized client progress.

The successful candidate will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data with families, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Competitive pay, benefits, and a $6,000 annual incentive are available.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, adolescents, or adults with diverse needs.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet rigorous job demands including physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
