Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Connecticut is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and deliver evidence-based therapy to clients.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• At least 1 year experience with clients with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, and laws.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Lead team meetings with staff and families for supervision.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
