Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will regularly review data, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans.

You will supervise by observing staff, meeting with families, and consulting on concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff. Administrative support is provided by the Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families; provide supervision.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff issues.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager for scheduling and caseload help.
