Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Worcester, MA is hiring a BCBA to deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. Regularly review data, interpret results, and modify treatment plans with staff and families.

The position offers 85k-95k salary, attractive benefits, up to 6k annual incentive, laptop provided, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA principles, ethics and instructional methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult families on concerns related to treatment and staff.
