Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Mansfield, MA. This full-time position involves direct supervision of BTs and RBTs, reviewing session data, and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
• Proficient in ABA strategies, ethics and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Lead team meetings with staff and families for ongoing supervision.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff performance.
