Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Massachusetts. The role involves delivering direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, overseeing a small caseload, and reviewing data to guide individualized treatment plans with families.

We offer a flexible schedule (2 weeknights until 6:30pm, Monday–Friday, no weekends), a competitive salary range of 85k–95k, an attractive benefits package, and a monthly incentive up to $6,000 based on performance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, ethics, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 apps and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and supervise a small caseload.
• Regularly review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment and staff.
