Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adolescents or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, learning theories, ethics, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Supervise by observing and meeting with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
