Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Massachusetts seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision of BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will review data from sessions with families, interpret results, and tailor the treatment plan accordingly.

The role includes consultations with families, staff meetings, and providing guidance on behavioral interventions while working under the Clinical Manager. Full-time role with a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA via Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Familiar with behavioral intervention strategies, ethics and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, adjust treatment plans.
• Provide team meetings and supervision to staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff issues.
