Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Springfield, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment planning and collaboration with families to support meaningful progress.

This permanent, on-site position offers a salary range of 85,000 to 95,000 USD annually, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) with match, and a Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient with ABA data collection and treatment planning.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data, interpret results, and adjust the individualized treatment plan accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and having team meetings with the staff and the families.
• Consult with the family regarding any concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
