Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data from sessions, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

We offer a competitive salary in the 85k–95k range, a strong benefits package, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a laptop, and the potential to earn an annual incentive up to $6,000.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1 year experience with diverse client needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions, earning theories and ethics.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications and ABA software.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
