Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children with autism. You will lead clinical teams, assess needs, and coordinate care with families and providers.

You will ensure compliance with state and insurance guidelines, adjust treatment plans, and mentor staff to maintain high-quality care. Join a mission-driven practice focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning, with collaboration with parents and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
• Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
• Supervise others with a focus on developing supervisees' independent clinical skills and certification fulfillment.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks timely, including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
