The role emphasizes training staff, coordinating care with providers, and adhering to state and insurance guidelines while delivering developmentally appropriate, evidence-based intervention across settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including supervision of staff and programs.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transitions with families.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks like reports and insurance reviews.
