Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will lead treatment teams, ensure quality care, and collaborate with families and providers to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, providing training, and generating reports to support funding and service delivery. A state license or BCBA certification is required and experience with autism is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or be state-licensed and meet state-specific requirements.
• Minimum of one year of experience using applied behavior analysis with clients with autism in home and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and program modification.
• Provide parent training and care coordination with other providers.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and supervise staff to ensure quality treatment.
• Generate reports, complete insurance reviews, and manage documentation for funding.
