Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise center and home-based ABA programs serving children on the autism spectrum.

You will oversee assessment, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and coordination with families and providers, ensuring adherence to standards and funding requirements. Collaborative team environment and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Continued direct clinical support and professional development in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning with parents and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET).
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality services.
• Supervise others to develop independent clinical skills and meet certification requirements.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
