Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will ensure quality treatment and maintain standards of care while partnering with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include overseeing assessments, program development, progress monitoring, staff training, insurer coordination, and timely reporting to support meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst as applicable
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home and/or clinic settings
• Ongoing professional development and collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality in collaboration with families and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using the QET measure.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality treatment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members; complete administrative tasks and insurance reviews.
