Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise ABA programs for children with autism, both in center and home-based settings. You will lead treatment teams, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with families and providers to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes supervision of clinicians, program assessment, and coordination of funding and reporting, with a focus on developmentally appropriate care and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience providing behavior services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Provide supervision to clinical staff to develop independent clinical skills and ensure quality treatment.
• Complete administrative tasks to support funding, reporting, and coordination with other providers.
