Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will oversee treatment teams, assess progress, and collaborate with parents and providers to ensure quality, evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities include staff training, generating reports for insurance and funding, coordinating care across teams, and ensuring compliance with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of ABA experience with autism in home and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full range of ABA treatment services for children on the autism spectrum.
• Ensure standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transitions with families.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Complete administrative tasks, generate reports, and facilitate funding.
