Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children with autism. The role emphasizes maintaining high standards of care, collaboration with families and providers, and data-driven treatment decisions.

The position involves direct clinical leadership, program development, and coordination with insurance providers to support client services and staff management.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state license and compliance with state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year experience delivering ABA services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning with parents and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET).
• Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality services.
• Supervise others to develop independent clinical skills and fulfill certification requirements.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members; complete admin tasks including reports and insurance reviews.
