Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children with autism. You will ensure quality treatment, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and teams to support development and outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and coordination of insurance authorizations, with a strong emphasis on family involvement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year experience delivering ABA to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring and parent training.
• Coordinate care with providers, secure insurance authorization and track funding for services.
• Provide supervision to clinical staff and develop their independent skills.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams to maintain quality of care.
• Complete reports and administrative tasks promptly to ensure smooth operations.
