Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality treatment and adherence to care standards.

The BCBA will guide clinical staff, collaborate with families and other providers, and ensure timely documentation, reports, and funding forms are completed to support client services.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or licensed in state where work occurs.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Experience supervising staff and providing training or mentorship.
• Ability to collaborate with families, clinicians, and other providers to optimize client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and exit planning with families.
• Evaluate and adjust treatment using the Caravel QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and complete administrative tasks for funding and reporting.
