Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children with autism. You will ensure quality treatment, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

You will supervise treatment teams, review treatment plans, and contribute to program development while adhering to state and insurance guidelines and maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed in the applicable state.
• At least one year of experience providing ABA services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure adherence to standards of care per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning with families.
