Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The role delivers direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, manages a small caseload, reviews data, and adjusts treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Master’s Degree or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children/adolescents/adults with various special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.
• Ability to meet demands including assisting with lifting up to 50 lbs and floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment and staff.
