Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in Randolph, NJ. The role includes direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, data-driven treatment adjustments, and family collaboration in a small caseload setting.

Incentives include up to $6,000 annual bonus, competitive pay, a laptop, and a comprehensive benefits plan. No weekends or late nights with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, reinforcement theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
