Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Moorestown, NJ seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents, shaping meaningful outcomes through data-driven decisions.

You will review data, adjust treatment plans, consult with families, and participate in team meetings with Clinical Manager support. Competitive pay, full-time schedule, and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with varying needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, laws, and instructional methods.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to child handling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
• Receive clinical manager support for scheduling and caseload.
