Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home-based services in New Jersey. The role involves supervising BTs/RBTs, reviewing session data, and adjusting treatment plans.

Formación
- BCBA certification required.
- Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents with special needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision via staff and family meetings and consultations.
- Communicate with families regarding concerns related to treatment and staff.
