Bierman Autism Centers seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) to join a dynamic team in Ohio. The role focuses on transforming lives through ABA services in center-based settings, with a strong emphasis on natural play, collaboration with families, and ongoing training and research.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA‑D certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Maintain 25 billable hours per week across clients.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaboration with families.
• Develop and update Treatment Plans (TP) for clients.
• Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and RBTs.
• Document activities per BACB guidelines and funder rules.
