Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across our Ohio centers. You will supervise behavior technicians, design treatment plans, and monitor client progress while collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and TB test before employment.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
• Adaptable and professional in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with MacOS; able to learn CentralReach and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Meet program goals and ensure timely output of clinical activities.
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise behavior technicians.
• Lead and supervise BACB supervision hours for supervisees.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and maintain/monitor client data.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and overlaps with team.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership and caregivers for training and collaboration.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with initial assessments and patient onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines and funder requirements.
