Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team in Ohio as a full-time or part-time role. Our approach uses one-on-one ABA with natural play to teach foundational skills for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states where you practice, where applicable.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention or behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.
• Familiarity with CentralReach and Tableau is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment totaling 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training per client per month.
• Ensure programming is ethical, individualized, and integrated with BCBA oversight.
• Oversee programming in center-based and community settings as applicable.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for assigned clients.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Direct, lead and supervise behavior technicians and RBT supervision hours.
• Stay current on research and best practices and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with initial Assessments and supervise BACB students as needed.
• Document all activities per BACB and funder guidelines.
