Job summary

SM Staffing is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee individualized treatment programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities, provide clinical supervision to RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress.

This opportunity focuses on assessments, treatment planning, data-driven progress, and teamwork within a supportive ABA environment. Eligible for Ohio licensure or current Ohio practice is required.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Ohio licensure or currently licensed to practice behavior analysis in Ohio.
• Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing behavior intervention programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Reliable transportation if providing community or in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on data.
• Analyze client data and modify treatment to maximize progress.
• Provide ongoing supervision and coaching to RBTs per certification requirements.
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress reports, and insurance reports.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals including SLPs, OTs, psychologists, physicians, educators.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case consultations.
• Maintain compliance with payer, Medicaid, state, company, and professional ethics.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new clinical staff.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional conduct.
