Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Ohio is seeking a BCBA/BCBA-D to lead ABA programs, supervise behavior technicians, and oversee treatment plans. The role emphasizes ethical, individualized programming and collaboration with families.

Our centers operate Monday–Friday, 8:15am–4:45pm with no travel or weekends. Competitive salary with full benefits, and opportunities for growth and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCBA-D certification as applicable.
• Licensure in the states where you practice is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication with caregivers and colleagues.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet program targets and oversee ABA treatment plans for assigned clients.
• Conduct caregiver collaboration and parent training sessions monthly.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs and supervise RBTs and supervision hours.
• Prepare progress reports and update client data in systems.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and conduct assessments as needed.
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA.
