Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Ohio is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will work with children with autism using natural play to teach foundational skills and support families.

You will supervise therapy programs, collaborate with caregivers, and contribute to research in our PEBBL lab while benefiting from flexible time off and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure.
• Experience in ABA and early intervention.
• Ability to supervise behavior technicians and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise BCBA and RBT staff.
• Develop and monitor Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support progress.
• Maintain high ethical standards and data-driven practices.
