Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy, developing treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians within center-based settings.

Qualifications

BCBA or BCBA-D Certification required.
Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling ~25 billable hours per week.
Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions (min. 1 per client per month).
Ensure ethical, individualized client programming and oversee program implementation.
Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
Update progress reports and oversee/monitor ABA programs including assessments.
Lead and supervise behavior technicians and oversee RBT supervision hours.
