Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Mason, OH seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team. This full-time or part-time role focuses on one-on-one natural play to build foundational skills with no travel and a collaborative, supportive culture.

You will supervise behavior technicians, design Treatment Plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families while upholding BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment (avg 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training monthly.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and oversee ABA programs.
