Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team in Ohio. The role supports children with autism using natural play and functional communication strategies.

We offer 8:15am–4:45pm centers, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and opportunities for research and supervision of staff. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, achieving weekly billable goals, caregiver training, and program oversight across center and

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or BCBA-D required and active licensure where applicable
• Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs and staff in ABA programs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with data collection and treatment planning in ABA

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director
• Maintain 25 billable hours per week across caseloads
• Conduct caregiver training in clinic and home settings
• Develop and monitor individualized Treatment Plans for clients
• Oversee ABA programs in center-based and community settings
• Supervise behavior technicians and ensure BACB supervision hours
• Document progress and updates in appropriate systems
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community
• Collaborate with clinical team on assessments and initial evaluations
