Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families. You will design treatment plans, oversee ABA programs, and coordinate with center teams to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as appropriate.
• Detail oriented and accurate in documentation.
• Flexible and adaptable to team needs across the organization.
• Professional integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Knowledge of MacOS and comfort with a Mac OS environment.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn platforms including CentralReach and Tableau.
• Maintaining required licensure to practice while employed.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training per client per month.
• Ensure ethical, individualized client programming with oversight and overlaps with staff.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings as applicable.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for assigned clients.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs and conduct assessments.
• Direct and supervise behavior technicians, including supervision hours for RBTs.
• Stay current with research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy when needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with Initial Assessments as needed.
• Take on supervisees for BACB student supervision.
