Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time or part-time, center-based work to transform outcomes for children with autism. You will lead ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality care in our local centers.

The role emphasizes ethical, data-driven practice, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required for practice in Ohio centers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and ethical standards are essential.
• Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with caregivers is preferred.
• Licensure in applicable states and TB clearance may be required.
• Knowledge of data collection, treatment planning, and progress reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescribed program goals and supervise ABA programs across center and home settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans (TP) for assigned clients.
• Oversee and monitor ABA programs including initial assessments and ongoing updates.
• Direct, lead, and supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBT hours.
• Document progress and ensure programming aligns with BACB guidelines and funder rules.
• Conduct caregiver training sessions and coordinate with clinical team.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community and support recruitment efforts.
