Job summary

Elevated Kids provides individualized, family-centered autism care through a boutique, interdisciplinary model designed to meet children and families where they are. Our services are delivered in homes, preschools, community spaces, and our center, aligning with best practices in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI).

We emphasize developmentally appropriate goals, authentic connection, and strong caregiver partnership, with parent coaching as a central pillar.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with young children and being engaged in play.
• Be on the floor, join in play, and meet children where they are.
• Willing to obtain/maintain RBT certification within 120 days of hire.
• Reliable, consistent, and eager to grow your skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with young children using play-based, naturalistic strategies.
• Get on the floor, be silly, and build joyful connections that support learning.
• Implement care plans with guidance from your supervising BCBA and CQE coach.
• Communicate with families and your team about progress, questions, and wins.
• Receive feedback, encouragement, and support through supervision and coaching.
