Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded early autism care provider delivering natural, play-based ABA focused on toddlers and young children. Our model blends NDBI and developmental practices, with parent coaching as a central pillar to empower families.

We offer a concierge-level, highly collaborative environment guided by clinician expertise, compassion, and continuous improvement, emphasizing quality, well-being, and sustainable practice.

Competenze

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure (such as LBS), or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, family-centered care.

• Guide clinical programming and treatment planning.
