Elevated Kids is an early autism care provider in the Austin area that centers on a natural, play-based ABA model. As a Behavior Analyst, you’ll design individualized programs, partner with families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive leadership team of experienced BCBAs, with emphasis on clinical judgment and family-centered care.

Competenze

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current state licensure (LBA) in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Strong communication skills with families and teams.
• Commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care.
