Elevated Kids is seeking a Behavior Technician to support young children through play-based, developmental care in home, community, or center settings. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, applying NDBI strategies to build communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with child development or autism care is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with young children using play-based, naturalistic strategies.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and CQE coach to implement care plans.
• Engage families and caregivers to reinforce learning at home and in daily routines.
• Maintain open communication with the care team and document progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to improve fidelity of care.
