Elevated Kids provides evidence-based ABA care for toddlers and young children in home, preschool, and community settings. Our approach blends naturalistic development with developmental and relationship-based practices, emphasizing parent coaching and caregiver involvement to support meaningful progress.

As a Behavior Analyst at Elevated Kids, you will design clinical programming, partner closely with families, and work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualized care

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure (LBS) required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized behavior-analytic care.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver services in home and community settings.
• Support ethical, developmentally grounded, family-centered care.
