Elevated Kids is a boutique ABA provider led by BCBAs, offering natural, play-based care for toddlers and young children with autism. The Behavior Analyst will guide clinical programming, partner with families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across home and community settings to support meaningful progress.

This role offers flexible hours, remote/telehealth options when appropriate, ongoing training, and a supportive leadership that fosters collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure (LBA).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care.

Responsibilities
