Job summary

Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded autism care provider delivering natural, play-based ABA for toddlers and young children. We partner with families through caregiver coaching and a collaborative, high-quality approach rooted in NDBI.

As a Behavior Analyst, you will lead clinical programming, collaborate with caregivers, and work with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in home, community, and center settings. Flexible schedule and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and state licensure or eligibility.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized care that is developmentally appropriate and family-centered.
• Build collaborative relationships with families through clear communication and shared goals.
• Work with teammates and leadership, contributing clinical insights and dialogue.
• Engage in reflective practice to grow professionally while maintaining balance.
• Contribute to care planning, documentation, and EMR workflows.
