The Behavior Analyst role focuses on guiding clinical programming, partnering with families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve meaningful progress in home and community settings.

Competenze

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure (LBA).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care.
