A specialized autism care provider in Austin is seeking a Behavior Technician to support young children through engaging, play-based care. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with families and be guided by BCBA-led leadership. Qualifications

Elevated Kids is a family-focused, collaborative team of professionals specializing in the most effective developmental and behavioral services available for families. As a BCBA-owned company, Elevated Kids utilizes evidence-based practices to produce significant and sustained developmental and behavioral progress that is most meaningful to each child and family. Elevated Kids has a specialized focus in developmentally-appropriate and effective Early Intervention services utilizing evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI), which is a naturalistic, play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment for toddlers and young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, and various attention, communication, social-emotional, learning, and processing delays.

Early Intervention services are provided in the child's natural environment setting and individualized to meet the specific needs of each child and family with parent coaching and support as a hallmark of intervention. All professionals at Elevated Kids have extensive training and experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ASD, ABA, and NDBI to provide each child and family with the highest quality and most effective treatment available.

Elevated Kids also provides comprehensive Autism Evaluation services, including the ADOS-2 assessment, which is considered the gold standard assessment tool in helping diagnose ASD. Elevated Kids provides many additional services including parent coaching, school consultation, and social skills training.
