Elevated Kids is seeking a Behavior Analyst to support young children and families with thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice. You will guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values intentional work, professional autonomy, and shared responsibility.

Competenze

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current state licensure (LBA) in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with families.
