Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded autism care provider delivering natural, play-based ABA. We support toddlers and young children with parent coaching as a core pillar.

Roles include guiding clinical programming, partnering with caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team across homes, preschools, and our center. The Behavior Analyst role emphasizes developmental science, family partnership, and sustainable practice.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings; strong communication.
• Commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families in clinical programming and care planning.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across home, community, and center settings.
• Design and oversee ABA programs aligned with NDBI and best practices.
• Engage families through parent coaching and shared goals.
